Every high-quality Swiss Silk Company scarf and necktie begins with a conversation. A conversation between the prospective client and our Creative Director, Gretchen Barbatelli. Her goal is to gather insights that will guide her team as they form preliminary artistic concepts. She also encourages clients to provide photos, logos, historical archives, examples of architecture, color samples and anything else that will inform and inspire the artwork.

 

Using these resources, the design team gets to work developing images that achieve the client's purpose and convey the client's brand. Then, once the client approves the artwork, the team chooses one of a half-dozen trusted silk mills in Europe, Asia and North America based on the project's needs. Of course, Gretchen keeps the client informed at every step of the process.
